This paper aims to understand the physical fitness of freshmen in National Taiwan University. We have tested the freshmen enrolled in 2015, including 674 male student and 736 female, with 1410 students in total. Employing the comparative analysis approach, we came up with a norm of the freshmen’s physical fitness, and further compare the norm with the normative scores of people of the same age in Taiwan. We found that the normative female students in National Taiwan University generally have higher normative scores than their counterparts, while the scores of male students in National Taiwan University are closer to their counterparts.
