In response to the trend of "mainstreaming" and "zero reject" in education, people widely establish the resource rooms in the country of Taiwan. In the era of "individualized" in special education, the resource teachers have to face the students with different disabilities and make an adjustment or an arrangement for the distinct of the students everyday. The purpose of this study is to realize the jobs of the not classified resource room teachers in Keelung by teaching, administration, student guidance, parent-teacher communication and work environment. Hope the results and related suggestions of this study provides a new vision and general affairs directors.
