題名:高中拳擊運動校隊情緒層面用心、心理資本之關係研究

目的:瞭解及探究高中拳擊運動代表隊在情緒層面用心與心理資本之現況、相關性與影響情形。方法:以105年全國總統盃拳擊錦標賽參賽隊伍之拳擊校隊為主要研究對象,進行問卷調查。結果:高中拳擊運動代表隊在情緒層面用心及心理資本現況上,整體而言平均數屬中上程度。在不同最優異成績表現背景上,選手在心理資本的樂觀構面上有顯著差異。此外,情緒層面用心與心理資本各構面呈現高度正相關,且情緒層面用心中的體驗情緒對心理資本中的自我效能、樂觀、復原力,以及自我反省對心理資本中的自我效能具有顯著的預測力及顯著正向影響。結論:情緒層面用心與心理資本存在相關性,且體驗情緒與復原力有著更高的正相關性與顯著正向影響,因此高中拳擊運動代表隊將注意力聚焦在當下的覺察,了解並接受自己所覺察出的心理狀態,能讓自己更快速的從任何挫折或失敗情境下復原,能藉正向自我調適,彈性回應並迅速恢復。
Purpose: To understand and explore the correlation and influence between mindfulness of emotional dimension and status quo of psychological capital in senior school national boxing team. Research Method: The method to carry out this study was questionnaire survey. And the subjects in this study were boxing school team of The President Cup Boxing Match in 2016. Result: Generally, the status quo of mindfulness of emotional dimension and psychological capital in senior school national boxing team, the average is the upper level. For the different best record, participants have significant differences in psychological capital. Furthermore, mindfulness of emotional level and psychological capital are high positive correlation. And there are significant expectation and significant positive effect between not only experienced emotion in mindfulness of emotional dimension versus efficiency, optimism and recovery but soul-searching versus efficiency of psychological capital. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the mindfulness of emotional dimension and psychological capital, as well as the experienced emotion and recovery have not only a higher positive correlation but significant positive effect. Therefore, the team focus the attention to the perception in the moment. Understand and accept the psychological status which they perceive. It can let themselves recover from the failure situation quickly by adjust and response it elastically.
