本文根據《論語》資料，由完整性、階梯性、流動性三個角度，分析孔子心目中的價值觀。所得結論為如下之內容。人生所應實現之價值有三階段六層次：（一）自我中心階段：以生存與發展為目標；（二）人我互動階段：以禮法與情義為對象；（三）超越自我階段：以無私與至善為理想。依此結論可以反證孔子在《論語》中的各項評價無不若合符節。

　　　　　Based on the comprehensive reading of The Analects, this article attempts to reconstruct Confucius' value system. A brief description of his value system runs as follows. The system has a structure of three stages, each of which includes two levels of value respectively. We have then, a.) The ego centered stage with the values of living and development in the sense of worldly success. b.) The human interactive stage with the values of social order (maintained by laws and rituals) and human feelings. (i.e. human affections and moral virtues) c.) The idealized stage with the values of non-selfishness (or non-selfhood) and the supreme good (or sage hood).
