題名:初中生班級集體效能結構的多水平因素分析

通過系統梳理和總結各領域里集體效能的測量構念,并結合初中生班級群體的特點,首先從理論上提出初中生班級集體效能的結構。然后,采用問卷法調查168個班級5180名初中生,運用多水平因素分析驗證班級集體效能的結構,以及考察該結構的信效度。結果發現,初中生班級集體效能在個體和班級水平上都是兩因子的結構,即班級能力評價和班級目標達成。該構念具有良好的信效度,可以作為初中生班級集體效能的測量指標。
The aim of the present study was to develop the structure of middle school students’ collective class efficacy and test its reliability and validity. Firstly,through systematically reviewing the structure of collective efficacy in various fields and combining with the characteristics of middle school students’ class,the study proposed the structure of middle school students’ collective class efficacy. Based on this theoretical concept,the measurement items were developed. Secondly,using stratified cluster random sampling,5180 students from 168 classes in 15 schools participated in the questionnaire survey. Multilevel confirmatory factor analysis revealed that middle school students’ collective class efficacy,both at the individual and class level,includes class capacity evaluation and class goal achievement. All indicators of the two-level measurement have reached psychometric requirements,which suggest that the scale on middle school students’ collective class efficacy is in good reliability and validity.Hence,the structure can be used as a measurement index of collective class efficacy.
