題名:組織倫理氣候與揭弊行為意圖之研究-兼論教育訓練之干擾效果

  本研究為探討組織倫理氣候與揭弊行為意圖之關係,藉由組織倫理氣候的五個類型,分析工作者面對組織內不法或不當之揭弊行為意圖;另外,研究組織倫理氣候增加教育訓練後對揭弊行為意圖之干擾效果。本研究的對象,係組織內非負責人之全職工作者,採用問卷調查法進行研究,總計問卷發放份數為500份,回收有效問卷279份,利用因素分析、相關分析、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等來進行實證分析。
  研究結果顯示,(一)組織倫理氣候之關懷型越高,外部及內部揭弊行為意圖將越高;(二)組織倫理氣候之法律與規範型越高,外部及內部揭弊行為意圖將越高;(三)組織倫理氣候之規則型越高,外部及內部揭弊行為意圖將越高;(四)組織倫理氣候之獨立自主型越高,外部及內部揭弊行為意圖將越高;(五)教育訓練之「外部法律因素」對組織倫理氣候與揭弊行為意圖間之關係無正向干擾影響;「內心激勵效果」則有正向干擾影響;(六)最後,根據研究結果,提出對學術、實務及後續研究的建議。
  This study is to explore the relationship between organizational ethical climate and Whistle-Blowing Intention. With five types of organizational ethical climate, analysis whistleblowing intentions which workers are facing illegal or improper in the organization; In addition, exploring increased training of organizational ethical climate take Moderating Effect on Whistle-Blowing Intention. The objects of this study, non-full-time workers who are the Department of the people not in charge of the organization, conducting research by using questionnaire survey, the total number of copies distributed 500 questionnaires, and the returned valid questionnaires are 279 copies. By Using Factor Analysis, Analysis of Correlation, One way ANOVA, and Regression Analysis to carry on empirical analysis.
  The results showed that (1) the higher the caring of the organizational ethical climate, the higher external and internal Whistle-Blowing Intention will be; (2)the higher Law and Code of organizational ethical climate, the higher external and internal Whistle-Blowing Intention will be; (3) the higher rule of organizational ethical climate, the higher external and internal Whistle-Blowing Intention will be; (4) the higher the independent of organizational ethical climate, the higher external and internal Whistle-Blowing Intention will be; (5) "external law factors" of training takes no positive moderate effect on the relationship between organizational ethical climate and Whistle-Blowing Intention; While "inside incentive result" does positive moderate effect; (6)To sum up, according to the research, it presented the recommendations for academic, practical affairs and follow-up examination.
