本研究旨在瞭解台北縣國民小學教育人員對於校長評鑑規準之知覺，其次也分析不同背景的國小教育人員，在校長評鑑規準知覺上的差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法，樣本包括台北縣的位公立國民小學校長、80位主任與343位教師。研究工具為「國小教育人員對校長評鑑規準知覺調查閱卷」，經回收問卷統計處理獲得以下結論： 1.國民小學校長評鑑規準各項評鑑領域的重要性尚稱理想、各評鑑行為指標重要性尚稱良好。 2.不同性別、職務的教育人員在「學校願景」、「教育政策」、「教學領導」、「行政滸里」、「人際關係」等五項評鑑領域重要性知覺，有顯著的差異。 3.不同服務年資的教育人員，對「學校願景」、「教育政策」、「行政管理」、「人際關係」、「專業發展」等五項評鑑領域重要性知覺，有顯著的差異。 4.不同地區、教育程度、學校規模的教育人員，對各項評鑑領域的看法，沒有顯著差異。根據研究所得，本研究分別對教育行政機關與國民小學校長提出多項校長評鑑實務上的改進建議。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of elementary school educators in Taipei County regarding selected. principal evaluation criteria. A questionnaire survey was used in this study to collect data. The subjects included 40 principals, 80 directors, and 343 teachers from 40 elementary schools in Taipei County. Based on the study findings, several recommendations for the educational administration authorities and elementary school principals were developed.
