本文從組織間關係的觀點，探討社會福利組織建構跨組織/跨專業服務網絡的理論基礎，以及從理論及實務中，討論建構這種跨組織/跨專業的服務網絡所可能採取的型態。本文的重點並不在於探討跨組織/跨專業服務網絡現存的問題及尋求其解決之道，而是探討在這個議題中理論關懷的焦點，並期待藉著這樣的探討，為日後進行實證研究與分析時，提供較完整的理論架構及分析的焦點。另外，本文所述的「網絡」，是指組織與組織間透過合作、協調……等機制所建立的「正式網絡」，而非基於個人私誼所建立的「非正式網絡」。
In this rapidly changing era, social welfare organization alone can no longer serve all the needs and solve all the problems. Therefore, the establishment of multi-organizational and/or multi-professional network among social welfare organizations is an ideal option to restructure the service delivery process. This paper tries to explore the inter-organizational relationship perspective through five theories: social exchange theory, resource dependence theory, transaction cost theory, institutional theory, and social capital theory, as well as the application of these theoretical disciplines and their impact to social work practice. The purpose of such analysis is aim at providing a theoretical framework for empirical research. In this article, ‘network’ refers to the official networking of which relationship base on institutional collaboration, coordinate or alliance as oppose to the informal connection base on personal friendship.
