This research is a qualitative study. The purse of this research is to get some helpful conclusions for teachers in Junior High Schools. In this research, we interview 59 teachers from different Junior .High Schools in Kaohsiung City, such as Cheing-Hsing Junior High Schools etc., and we choose six of them as case studies. By this research, results are as followings: (l)Those arranged courses for those pre-service teachers: low-level toward general disciplines and mid-level toward general knowledge courses because the former ones have low connections for those pre-service teachers in their career and the latter ones can meet the needs of educating in Junior High Schools. As for those professional courses, the supports have shown high because those courses are helpful for those pre-service teachers in their teaching career in Junior High School. (2)The supports on this developments of discipline teaching are shown to be mid-level: for those pre-service teachers, internship in education training, can improve their skills in teaching, class management, administrative works, and seminar or workshop and career development.
