績效評估(Performance Evaluation)在運動領域的運用才剛起步,應用的運動項目亦屬少數,而所使用的績效評估方法更只局限在少數的幾種。然而在企業界,績效評估已被廣泛地使用於不同的問題類別之上,所發展出來的績效評估方法亦為數眾多且多元,更重要的是其實施績效評估的經驗足堪借鏡。準此,本文擬就現階段已被使用於運動領域的績效評估方法為對象,對其與在企業界的運用情形施以有系統的分析比較,並且提出在使用上具體的調整方向,期使績效評估可以在運動領域內受到重視,進而廣為實施於各類運動項目之上。經文獻蒐集與探討後,在本文中所關注的四種已被使用於運動領域內的績效評估方法為資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis)、模糊理論(Fuzzy Theory)、層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)及平衡計分卡(Balanced Scorecard)。
Performance evaluation has been employed in sports recently. As a result, the sport items applied and the evaluation methods used are both in few numbers. However, the experiences of performance evaluation in business have been approved of being good enough to be learned. Therefore, the objective of this study aims at studying the applications of performance evaluation methods on sports, and also comparing the application experiences between in sports and in business. The results will be used to propose the improvement suggestions for future uses in sports. Four performance evaluation methods were considered in this paper, i.e., data envelopment analysis, fuzzy theory, analytic hierarchy process and balanced scorecard.
