Abstract In the article we discuss first on the theoretical aspects of aesthetic and arts education: What is aesthetic education? Why general students need aesthetic and arts education? What are the relationships between aesthetic education and integrated education? Then we discuss the methodology of aesthetic education: the necessity of art criticism and its teaching methods and curriculum design. We also discuss how to get professional artists involved into general aesthetic education. Finally we discuss aesthetic and arts education on new media: Why we need aesthetics of new media? How we proceed it to the education? In the conclusion we prove that aesthetic education has to achieve accessibility and modernity, to enable all students acquiring opportunities of aesthetic education that they need in the future.
