本研究旨在探討休閒系學生自我導向學習、學習動機與學習行為之發展現況與各變數間的關聯性。研究對象為臺灣中部地區的休閒系大學生571位,以結構方程模式(structural equation modeling, SEM)作為主要統計方法。研究結果發現,休閒系學生的自我導向學習準備度、學習動機與學習行為之得分為中等水準,在變數關聯性上,自我導向學習對於內在、外在學習動機的影響關係成立,內在、外在動機對於學習行為的影響亦成立。本研究並依據研究結果,提出相關建議作為休閒系教師之參考。
