本研究目的在驗證「主動拖延量表」之因素組成,檢測量表是否需要包含「結果滿意」此因素,並進一步抽取主動拖延者以考驗主動拖延者及被動拖延者在時間控制及壓力因應等行為之差異。本研究第一階段抽取557名技專校院學生進行為期二週之施測,量表施測後以驗證性因素分析比較三因素模型及四因素模型之競爭效果、適配度及複核效化。其次再抽取542名學生,透過差異考驗檢定主動拖延者及被動拖延者在時間控制及壓力因應之差異。研究結果顯示:(1)「主動拖延量表」中以三因素測量模型會比四因素模型具有較佳之競爭效果;(2)差異考驗顯示,主動拖延者比被動拖延者具有較佳之時間控制能力,並以問題解決策略及情緒尋求策略因應任務壓力。
The main purpose of this study was to confirm the factor components of active procrastination scale. This study sampled 557 subjects to confirm the items of active procrastination scale by using CFA. This study further sampled 542 subjects to discriminate active procrastinators and passive procrastinators, and tested the differences on the time control ability and coping strategies of active / passive procrastinators. The results of this study were as follows: (1) three-factors model had better competition than fourfactors model. (2) t-test demonstrated active / passive procrastinators had statistical differences on time control ability and coping strategies. Implications for theory, practice and research are discussed.
