本研究是在調查台灣本島全職工作者參與遙控飛機活動之休閒效益，主要研究目的在於分析參與遙控飛機玩家其休閒涉入（leisure involvement）與休閒效益（leisure benefits）間的影響關係，母體為台灣遙控飛機團體、協會會員等玩家，在各遙控飛機飛行網站發放網路問卷，以蒐集研究資料，總計獲得有效網路問卷371份，以SPSS17.0進行資料分析，結果顯示遙控飛機的玩家以男性為主，並發現玩遙控飛機所帶來的休閒效益，會因休閒涉入的不同，產生明顯差異的休閒效益，且獲知以下情形：1.休閒涉入分析方面－經因素分析得到「吸引力」及「生活型態中心性」等兩涉入因子，並由變異數分析，獲知居住地、參與次數與時間以及參與社團（包括網路社群）達統計顯著性之差異。2.休閒效益分析方面獲知遙控飛機玩家在社交效益的解釋變異量最高。3.經迴歸分析（regression analysis）後發現，休閒涉入與休閒效益間的影響關聯：（1）遙控飛機玩家在休閒涉入之吸引力得分較高者，會獲得較高的社交效益；（2）休閒涉入之生活型態中心性得分較高者，會獲得較高的自我成長效益；（3）休閒涉入之吸引力對社交效益具高的正向影響，休閒涉入之生活型態中心性對自我成長效益與逃離現實效益上具有正向且較高的預測影響力。本研究結果可貢獻於台灣飛行政策上訂定的評估參考，期望未來政策藉由推廣遙控飛機這項休閒活動，來達到以休閒活動帶動航空教育的發展，並使得工作後的休閒活動能得到身心舒壓、社交及學習等效益。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the leisure involvement and leisure benefits of players' in remote control aircraft activities in Taiwan. There was a total of 371 valid responses out of 380 cases in research sample through online survey. The SPSS17.0 statistical software package was applied for data analysis. In this survey, the sample was found all male, the distribution of players' age mainly from 30 to 49 year-old. The remote control plane players are mostly upper middle-class employee and married male. This empirical research found that the recreational benefits of remote control aircraft provided various leisure benefits by different leisure involvement. Taiwan should open the sky and promote the remote control aircraft leisure activities in order to obtain benefits of physical activity, social benefits of leisure. The following conclusions are made in the research: 1. There are two leisure involvement factors ”attractive” and ”lifestyle center” were extracted from research data. In the sample, the demographic variables had informed that the leisure involvement among remote control airplane players shown significant differences in the place of residence, frequency, time, and participation in society and their web communities. 2. The analysis of the leisure benefits among the remote control aircraft players was shown the most significant on the benefit of social effects. 3. An advanced regression analysis was applied and found that the impact of leisure involvement on leisure benefits: (1) Players who reach the higher score in attractive leisure involvement indicated to get the higher social benefits; (2) Players who reach the higher score in lifestyle center of leisure involvement got better performance in self-growth; (3) Players' attractive leisure involvement has a positive impact on the social relation as well as self-growth. On the other hand, there was a statistical significant impact of life-center to influence on self-growth in leisure benefits.
