This article intended to discuss and quote as much as possible the scholars who still contribute prolifically to UNIVERSITAS, focusing on the two major topics of scholastic realism- the idea of "being" and abstraction- to explore the foundation of such a kind of realism. Through such scholars and their views, we highlight their contributions to UNIVERSITAS and other studies and integrate these views into the general perspectives of scholastic realists in order to clarify the inheritance and development of these theories.
