根據社會啟動理論,本次研究將探求辱虐管理影響員工創新行為的機制。基於從一家中國製造企業獲得的樣本資料,本次研究將探討如下幾個問題:(1)辱虐管理與員工創新行為存在倒U關係,(2)希望將對辱虐管理與員工創新行為之間的倒U關係有顯著調節效應。本次研究將從新的視角研究辱虐管理。
Drawing upon social activation theory, this study is to propose and test a model of the mechanisms through which abusive supervision affects employees’ creativity. Based on two-wave survey data from a Chinese manufacturing firm, we propose that (1) there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between abusive supervision and employee creativity, (2) Hope moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between abusive supervision and employee creativity. This study provides new insights into the research on abusive supervision.
