隨著科技的進步,帶動了全球化的發展,使企業間的競爭越演越烈,個人為了要提升自 己的競爭力,更加投入於工作中。這使得工作狂傾向隨著競爭環境逐漸產生,在學界、業界也 受到更多的關注。本研究以跨層次的方式來探討部門文化、工作狂傾向及職場偏差行為三者之 間的關係。以高科技及銀行業的部門為研究對象,採問卷調查法收集了80組有效部門樣本資料, 並以層級線性模型(HLM) 驗證假設。本研究結果發現:(1) 工作家庭平衡文化及專業取向文化 對內驅力有顯著影響。(2) 工作家庭平衡文化對樂在工作有顯著影響。(3) 內驅力對於職場偏差 行為有顯著負向影響。(4) 內驅力在專業取向文化與職場偏差行為間,具有顯著部分中介效果。
With increasing advances in technology led to the development of globalization, thus enhance the drastic competition between businesses. Individuals are getting to more involve in the work to enhance their competitiveness. This makes more and more workaholism. This tendency attracts the attention both the academics and practice. Cross-level study was conducted to explore the relationships between departmental culture, workaholism and workplace deviance. The business departments were as subjects in this study. Questionnaire survey was used to collect data. A total of 80 valid groups were returned. Hierarchical linear models (HLM) were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that: (1) Work family balance culture and mastery-oriented culture have significant relationships with driven to work. (2) Work family balance culture has a significant relationship with work enjoyment. (3) Driven to work has a significantly negative relationship with workplace deviance. (4) Driven to work plays a significant partial mediator between mastery-oriented culture and workplace deviance.
