The methodology of this study was adopted both questionnaire survey and interviews. The samples of questionnaire are from elementary school principals, directors, section chiefs and teachers in northern and central Taiwan. By using statistical average, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, multiple stepwise regression and AMOS of structural equation modeling (SEM), the researcher analyzed 1,111 questionnaires returned from 166 schools, and to compile the outline of interviews to interview four elementary school principals from northern and central Taiwan.
Based on the data analysis and the semi-interview, the researcher makes conclusions as follows:
1. Overall, the extent to which elementary school principal’s innovation leadership has achieved excellent degree. In which, innovation attribute of leader has the highest score.
2. Overall, the extent to which elementary school teacher’s creative teaching has achieved excellent degree. In which, strategy of creative teaching has the highest score.
3. Overall, the extent to which school’s performance management has achieved excellent degree. In which, design of school performance has the highest score.
4. Overall, the elementary school principal’s innovation leadership significantly differs from each other because of gender, age, working position, service length, school size and school history.
5. Overall, the elementary school teachers’ creative teaching significantly differs from each other because of age, service length and school history.
6. Overall, the elementary school’s performance management leadership significantly differs from each other because of age, working position, service length and school history.
7. There are high-positive correlations among principal’s innovation leadership, teacher’s creative teaching and school’s performance management.
