This study uses qualitative research method to explore the factors influencing and process that the students in Business Administration Department, Hsuan Chuang University since 2014 to 2016 selected the off-campus internship enterprises. The results showed the process is involved three stages: "do I really go to intern?", "what can I do in an enterprise?" and "where can I practice the intern?" In the stage "do I really go to intern?", the factors influencing the students' decision-making were by the curriculum designation of the department, the counselor's advices, their interests and the resources hold by students, and the degree of compliance from the enterprise play the most important roles. In the stage "what can I do in an enterprise?", the factors influencing students' decision-making were included by the job types offered by the enterprises, personal career planning, and the educational objectives of the department contribute the most to the decision making. In the stage "where I can practice the intern?", the location of enterprise internship arranged by department or parents, previous working experience and the connectivity to the future career.
