本研究從性犯罪治療者的實務及整體性觀點，探討台灣地區性犯罪者接受社區處遇治療的療效因子。受訪對象為12位治療者，由台灣12縣市的家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心推薦，研究者使用半結構式訪談大綱訪談，運用主題分析法分析資料。結果發現性犯罪者接受社區處遇治療的六個療效因子：(1)改變性犯罪者接受治療的預備狀態、(2)對性犯罪者前置因素的評估及適當處遇、(3)與性犯罪者建立信任關係、(4)治療者的處遇專業及因應能力、(5)相關部門的統整及配合、(6)社區環境的配合。六項療效因子再歸類為療效三個面向：(1)對性犯罪者個人特質評估及安排介入、(2)治療者具有處遇的專業相關能力、(3)社區機構的監控及合作效果。本研究以縱貫發展及生態系統觀點來檢視性犯罪者的療效因子，研究結果及建議可以協助國內治療者對性犯罪者提供介入療效因子，以降低再犯率。
The main purpose of this study was to explore therapeutic factors of Taiwan's sex offenders accepting community treatment therapy from the practical and holistic perspectives of therapists. Semi-structured interview was used to collect the perspectives of twelve therapists whom were recommended by twelve county or city centers for prevention of domestic violence and sexual assault and were with experienced therapeutic treatments for sex offenders. Thematic analysis was applied to analyze the interview data. The results showed that six therapeutic factors could influence sex offenders's treatment effect: (1) the guidance for changing sex offender's prepared attitudes toward the treatment, (2) therapist's evaluation of predisposition and arrangement of treatment for sex offenders, (3) the trust relationship between therapist and sex offender, (4) therapist's specialization and risk coping capability, (5) integration and cooperation with administrations and organizations, and (6) assistance of community and environment. Six therapeutic factors could be summarized in three therapeutic dimensions: (1) the characteristic assessment and treatment arrangement for sex offenders, (2) the professional competence of the therapist, and (3) the cooperation with community and constitutions for supervising sex offenders. The therapeutic factors were based on the perspectives of longitudinal development and ecological system. The results could help therapists to provide appropriate treatments for sex offenders to reduce rate of recidivism.
