「健康」議題是醫學、公共衛生、體育與運動領域的共同核心關注，不過長期以來領域之間的交流仍屬缺乏。本研究之跨領域論述乃建立於「互涉性」概念與臺灣既有社會基礎上，環繞著「健康」議題，將醫學、公共衛生、體育與運動領域並置，透過系所與課程設置、實務現場、學術研究三個路徑呈現部分事例，試圖梳理此三領域現有之外部關聯，以利知識相互調用與驗證，朝互為所用、互為主體的願景邁進。研究發現，此三領域在人才培育、實務權責分配與研究發展等面向都呈現高度關聯，顯示跨領域合作之利基與可能。不過健康概念與知識的建構受到整體社會的規範所牽引，因此分歧的健康發展政策往往使各部門資源難以整合，而不同領域的專業性與各自遵循的典範，也形塑出對健康不同的想像與知識體系，進而影響後續的實踐工作與目標。另外，領域的排他性、受限的研究資源，以及批判實踐與知識在地轉化的缺乏，都使得跨領域工作至今難以有效開展。本研究嘗試促發更多研究者援引不同領域之經驗，共同討論與回應「健康」這個概念在當代所連結之系列問題，超克「健康」議題的跨領域研究困境，而以互涉性作為進路，有利於追求視域融合與價值普遍性，進一步開展新的論述空間。

Health is the common core concern in the fields of medicine, public health, physical education and sports, yet the communication among these three fields is still lacking. The interdisciplinary discourse of this research is based on the concept of ＂interdisciplinary＂ and existing social basis of Taiwan. To juxtapose the fields of medicine, public health, physical education and sports by surrounding the issue of health. Some examples are presented through three routes of department and curriculum setting, practical on site and academic research. This research aims to sort out the existing external relationships among these three areas, so as to facilitate the mutual invocation and verification of knowledge, and pursues a vision of mutual use and interactive subjectivity. The research found that these three areas are highly correlated in terms of talent cultivation, allocation of responsibilities of practical work, and development of research. It shows the niche and possibility of interdisciplinary cooperation. But the construction of health concept and knowledge is drawn by the norms of whole society, therefore the divergent policies of health development often make it difficult to integrate resources across departments. And the professionalism of each area and the paradigms they follow are shaping different imaginations and knowledge systems of health and also affects the subsequent practical works and goals. In addition, the exclusiveness of the fields, the limited research resources, and the lack of critical practice and the localization of knowledge make it difficult to carry out the interdisciplinary work effectively. This research attempts to encourage more researchers to draw on their experiences of different fields to jointly discuss and respond to the series of issues linked to the concept of ＂health＂ in the contemporary era, and to overcome the dilemma of interdisciplinary research in ＂health＂ issue. With interdisciplinary research as a way is conducive to pursue the fusion of horizons and the universality of values, and to further develop a new space for discussion.
