本研究採個案訪談的方式，針對七位國內知名教練與運動員個人在訓練時間之運 用概況與想法進行初步的瞭解。從個案訪談的內容中，我們得知運動員在非訓練時間的應用 ，對於運動訓練計畫的執行與控制有著密切的關係，並且對於訓練效果和比賽成績有重要的 影響。本文乃從休閒行為分析的內容與休閒行為分析在運動員非訓練時間之應用兩個構面進 行探討，並嘗試從休閒行為分析的概念與輯邏上的推演，期望能夠建立休閒行為在運動員非 訓練時間應用方式之概念和技術，以做為後續研究的基礎。

　　　　　The article was an attempt to develop the concepts and techniques of free time utilization for athletes. According to personal interviews with four famous coaches and three athletes in Taiwan, free time utilization was considered to be one of the decisive factors in the athletes in the athletes training effects. The contents of leisure behavior study were introduced. Based on the leisure behavior study, some ways applicable to athletes in their free time were proposed. These concepts and techniques could be employed for further studies of athletes behavior in their free time.
