題名:影響中年職業婦女之工作投入認知程度相關因素之研究--以高雄地區製造業及服務業為例

     女性人力的開發與運用,是解決目前勞動力不足的途徑之一。本研究以高有地區 製造業及服務業的中年職業婦女為研究對象,探討個人特徵、工作特性、家庭因素、及性別 歧視知覺對工作投入認知程度的影響。研究結果顯示:中年職業婦女對工作的投入程度頗高 ;對工作場所中的性別歧視現象有一般性的知覺;目前所從事的職務大致呈現較高的挑戰性 、完整性、回饋性及合作性,但較缺少技能變化性;中年職業婦女負擔家庭經濟的程度、雙 重角色的壓力、家人對其工作的支持等都相當高。同時,薪資、職位、工作特性、經濟負擔 、家人支持等與工作投入成顯著的正相關;角色壓力及性別歧視知覺則與工作投入成顯著的 負相關。而薪資、職位、工作完整性、合作性、技能變化性及經濟負擔、家人支持等對工作 投入有顯著的正向預測力。另外,教育程度、薪資、職位、工作挑戰性、完整性等會與性別 歧視知覺產生交互作用影響中年職業婦女的工作投入。 $ 330 1$aThe effects of the individual characteristics, job characteristics, family factor, and sex discrimination on job involvement of middle age women were examined. Data from 301 middle age women who are working in manufacturing and service industries of Kaohsiung area. The results indicates that salary, position, job characteristics, economic burden, and the support of family are positively correlated with job involvement. Role pressure, and the consicousness of sex discrimination are negatively correlated with job involvement. The results also reveal that sex discrimination interacts with education, salary, position, job challenge, and job identity on job involvement.
