     本研究著眼新制師資培育法中的實習輔導體制,旨在透過實習教師的角度來探討輔導教師在教育實習初期(第一學期)對於實習教師提供的協助與支持。資料的蒐集同時採用問卷開放式調查法與焦點訪問法。參與者為新制修畢教育學程之實習教師。研究主要發現如下:(1)於開學初期,多數輔導教師的支持方式顯現已經將獨立帶班的職責交付給實習教師進行教學實習;然而只有少數鼓勵與提供實習教師觀摩教學實務或擔任教學助教,因此,提供類似學徒角色的學習機會也相對減少。再者,部份實習教師與輔導教師在理念上並不能接納講求師傅支持學徒、強調合作帶班的實習輔導制度。(2)一般而言,在開學之初,實習教師所感受到來自輔導教師所提供之協助大多偏重於一般性之教學策略知識與特定學科知識。其中,學生感受到有所助益者更少,而且,個人間接觀察比直接接受指導的次數更多,觀察心得也更覺得有所助益。再者,明顯感受到該支持有助益者似乎又以情意層面居多,認知層面次之。
