隨著通訊科技的快速發展與網際網路應用的普及,創造了一個以網路為主的新經濟模式,使得企業在因應網際網路環境的經營績效評估已成為當前重要的課題。然而,在進行電子化企業績效評估的過程中,除了考慮企業核心能力、資訊科技的發展與企業流程等因素之外,亦面臨許多外在環境的不確定性與評估因素不易量化的問題,且涉及企業人員主觀判斷所產生的模糊性。傳統的績效評估方法大都屬於線性的評估模式,不僅無法有效的針對企業電子化的程度作一適切的衡量,更不易進行企業績效評估,造成電子化企業經營績效評估工作的困難。為此,本研究以模糊理論為基礎,結合模糊積分與層級分析法建構一個電子化企業績效評估之模式。經由比較分析的結果顯示,本研究所提出的評估模式確實能有效掌握電子化企業的績效表現,進而提升企業經營的競爭力。
As the popularity of communication technology and Internet, the performance evaluation of electronic business is one of the most important issues. However, many factors would be considered in the process of performance evaluation such as enterprise core ability, information technology, business process and human subjective evaluations. Conventionally, the linear model was used to deal with the performance evaluation problem. This so-called linear model is obviously inadequate, since human subjective evaluation does not always hold linearity. Therefore, performance evaluation model of electronic business is proposed in this study by combining Fuzzy Integral with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Finally, at the end of this study a numerical example is given to demonstrate the procedure for the proposed method.
