題名:學前融合教育專業團隊巡迴輔導:以高縣旗山區早期療育發展中心輔導模式為例

本研究旨在探討專業團隊巡迴輔導模式於幼兒園實施之成效與困難,並提出可能解決之方案。量化資料以問卷收集之,質化資料則包括園長與幼教師焦點團體討論記錄,與輔導員檢討會議記錄兩部份。研究發現:(1)輔導提昇園長與幼教特教相關知能、增進幼教師與特殊生之互動、促進親師溝通、促進所方人員對融合教育之接受度;(2)輔導所面臨之困難包括幼教師特教專業能力不足、無法擬定個別化教育計劃、無法落實教學策略建議、需加強親職教育、對一般家長宣導融合教育理念;團隊合作之問題包括需安排輔導員個案會議、社工師角色與功能未能發揮。(3)可能解決方案包括以課程提昇園所相關人員特教知能、培育具篩檢能力之幼教師、調整輔導時數與頻率、對家長宣導早期介入與融合教育理念、定期召開團隊會議。依研究結果提出相關建議。
