本研究是在處理學術工作合法性問題。在實工作者不曾間斷質疑學術理論效用的同時,愈來愈多的學者,生產愈來愈多的理論,我們也愈來愈需要停下來,重新處理這個好不是問題的問題。 處理這個通得先從否定理論與實務這種分類開始。因為我們莫名服膺這種分類共,以及學術界發展的傳門常規,讓實務工作者自缺乏能力,把發展理論的合法性讓給學者。只是各自常規造成各自衛化,學術理論又被視為眾多論述型式一的當代,學術理論又被視為眾多論述型式之一的當代,當術工作合法性需要重新被審視。新合法性來自一種學者與實務工作者的新關係。在雙方合作生產知識過程中,學者可以掌握更反思機會與能力,看到隱藏於實工作羆後的常規束縛,藉幫助忙於工作的實務工作者,自行考量不同情境加上創意,為自己打造出不斷超越自我的策略。
This study argues that the legitimacy of academic knowledge tends to be taken for granted in the academic circles. Because we are used to the dichotomy between theory and practice, academic research is perceived as the only legitimate source of knowledge. We contend, however, that practitioners can produce useful knowledge, which renders the distinction between theory and practice untenable and unnecessary. The legitimacy of academic knowledge should be reconsidered. Researchers who reflect on their own roles would be in a better position to uncover the hidden routines in practice, which can in turn help practitioners develop strategies to go beyond their daily routines.
