     同儕師徒制(peer mentoring)源自師徒制(mentoring)之概念及作法。現代師徒制重視合作、建構學習、思考、反省及互動關係,以致許多專業領域視它為一項提昇人力素質最重要的輔助性教學策略和訓練工具。教育亦不例外,師徒制除了在師資養成及發展上被用為提昇師資素質的方法外,它也廣泛地被用來做為加強青少年學業學習、輔導偏差行為、或協助青少年學習如何人際互動的重要策略。 本文基於「孩子幫助孩子成功(youth helping youth succeed)」的理念,探究如何應用同儕師徒制於青少年學習中,提昇參與者「教」與「學」的成效。主要內容將從文獻及實務經驗分析,包括:一、前言;二、同儕師徒制「教」與「學」的價值;三、對青少年學習的影響;四、模式設計的考慮因素;五、可能面臨的問題與解決方法;及六、啟示等六個部分,以供實地推動同儕師徒學習策略者之參考。
