The purpose of this paper is to propose an algorithm for A Study of Assessing Risk for Wireless Television Station in ERP Projects Options. The fundamental concepts we have adopted include the importance analysis, fuzzy Delphi method, fuzzy set theory and multi-criteria decision method. With the literature review and the investigation of the experts in wireless television stations, we use importance analysis to get the key criteria. Then we construct the hierarchy structure of assessing risks of Wireless Television Station in ERP Project Selection. An algorithm proposed in this study is based on the concepts of triangular fuzzy number and linguistic variable to assess the preference ratings of linguistic variable, “probability” and “severity”. The subjects can employ an assumed rating set to show the individual perception of the linguistic varaibles. Finally we use the Chang and Chen's ranking method to rank the final scores of the value.
