隨著知識社會的來臨，近幾年智慧資本已引起學術界與實務界廣泛的探討。本文延續此股研究熱潮，對智慧資本與其三項構面(即人力資本、組織資本與關係資本)做深入的整理探討。在文獻回顧的過程中，建立了六項假設。同時，本文以國內中部地區的不動產仲介業，作為實證對象，驗證智慧資本是否真可為業者帶來競爭優勢。經由實結果證明，智慧資本與其人力資本、組織資本二項構面，對企業競爭優勢具有顯著影響。關係資本構面，對企業競爭優勢的影響，僅獲得部分支持。至於，在人力資本干擾下，關係資本對企業競爭優勢的增強作用，也獲得部分支持。最後，本文針對實證結果，進行討論，並且，提出一些建議給學術界與實務界。
Nowadays, intellectual capital is a topic of increasing interest to scholars and practitioners. The objective of this article was to further examine the effects of intellectual capital and its three dimensions (i.e. human capital, organizational capital, and relationship capital) on corporate competitive advantage. After reviewing the relevant literatures, six hypotheses were tested. The data were collected from the real estate brokers form Taichung City, Taichung County, and Changhua County, Taiwan. The results showed that intellectual capital and its dimensions of human capital and organizational capital could significantly affect corporate competitive advantage. Another dimension-relationship capital, however, was supported partially. The results also indicated that human capital moderated between the relationship capital and corporate competitive advantage partially. Finally, the implications of this article were discussed along with suggestions for both scholars and practitioners.
