目的：本研究旨在探索桌球選手滿意度的內涵，並發展出一套具有信效度之桌球選手滿意度量表。方法：首先透過文獻探討編製桌球選手滿意度問卷，以項目分析及探索性因素分析進行初步量表之鑑別力及因素結構考驗，而後進行正式量表之施測，以驗證性因素分析考驗量表假設性測量模式之整體適配度，並進一步考驗量表的區別效度。結果：透過結構方程模式的統計驗證得知，模式整體適配度良好(χ2=43.49, df=19, χ2/df=2.29, GFI=0.97, SRMR=0.04, RMSEA=0.058, NNFI=0.97, CFI=0.98, PNFI=0.56, PGFI=0.51, CN=305.70)。結論：桌球選手滿意度量表是一個相當符合實證研究的一個測量工具，後續的研究人員可以運用本研究所建構的量表進行相關的研究。

This study is to explore the Table Tennis Athletes' Satisfaction Effect Mode. Method: With the literature review, the questionnaire of Athletes' Satisfaction Effect Mode, item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to examine the CR value and structure of the factors. Finally, the confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the hypothetical measurement model, and furthevmore examine the scale's difference validity. Results: Through the statistical verification of structural equation modeling, the overall model fit well (χ2=43.49, df=19, χ2/df=2.29, GFI=0.97, SRMR=0.04, RMSEA=0.058, NNFI=0.97, CFI=0.98, PNFI=0.56, PGFI=0.51, CN=305.70). Conclusion: The Athletes' Satisfaction Effect Mode is a measuring tool with the empirical study, and the follow-up researchers can use the scale that is built in this study for the further related research.
