特殊需求兒童幼小轉銜爲早期療育與小學義務教育階段的銜接。從教育部與內政部所訂定的相關辦法與政策中,可發現幼小轉銜工作可分轉介、專業服務、及行政幾個處理面向,其所存在的問題不同,策略的因應也將不同。本文分別予以探討,期待成爲幼小轉銜工作的參考策略。
