本文旨在瞭解嬰幼兒托育品質評量檢核工具在居家式場所之應用與評估，其次，分析居家托育品質相關研究，以及可供我國提升居家式托育品質借鏡之處。研究採用內容分析法，蒐集有關居家式托育品質評估工具以及居家式托育相關文獻，透過概念的分析評論，探究托育品質研究中，於居家式場域的各類議題。包括：托育照顧提供者之特質、照顧提供者之訓練證照與托育品質的關係、低收入家庭子女的托育品質、居家式特殊兒照顧與一般兒照顧品質、托育服務政策與托育服務品質等。最後，參照文本論述，提出我國居家式托育服務應積極投入研發本土系列性居家式托育品質評估工具，進行長期縱貫研究；重視弱勢家庭之托育服務與喘息需求；協助祖父母、親友照顧之居家式托育；培力居家式托育輔導與管理機構等提升托育品質可行策略與建議。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the child care quality assessment tools, particularly their application on family child care home and related research. This study adopts the context analysis through review of literature about the conceptions of child care quality measures across issues such as child care providers' characteristics, child care quality of low-income family and family of special needs, and child care environment evaluation. The suggestions include more longitudinal research, emphasis on the vulnerable family, intergenerational and relative care, and ways to empower the family child care agencies.
