本研究以資料包絡分析法，評估2010年高屏地區11家國際觀光旅館之投入及產出的相對效率，探討不同國際觀光旅館經營效率情形，並探討無效率旅館應改進的方向與幅度。實證結果如下：以整體相對效率而言，在11個受評飯店之中，有7所國際觀光旅館效率值等於1，屬於相對有效率的國際觀光旅館；在純技術效率中，在11個受評飯店之中，有9所國際觀光旅館純技術效率值等於1；在差額變數分析中顯示，無效率的國際觀光旅館應該改善投入項的房間數。
This study evaluated the input-output relative efficiency of eleven international tourist hotels in the 2010 year by data envelopment analysis (DEA). The text discussed the efficiency differences among the international tourist hotels, and investigated establish the best path for performance improvements of the inefficiency hotels. The empirical results showed that, seven international tourist hotels were found to be efficiency of the overall operating efficiency as compared to the four ones; nine international tourist hotels were found to be pure technical efficiency as compared to the two ones. By analyzing the radial movements and slack movements, the inefficiency international tourist hotels should implement the number of guest rooms of input resource.
