The purposes of this study were to explore the leisure efficiency, academic achievement situation of students who participate in sport club in universities. And then, explore relation of between leisure efficiency and academic achievement of students who participate in sport club in universities. The subjects of this study were students who participate in sport club in university. A total of 1203 questionnaires were sent out and 871 responded questionnaires were effective. The response rate of effective questionnaires was 72.40%. T test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were as follows: first, there was difference in leisure efficiency between male and female students who participate in sport club. Those male students who participate in sport club show higher leisure efficiency than females who participate in sport club in the enhancing quality of life, promoting wellness of life, balancing living experience. Second, there was difference in academic achievement between male and female students who participated in sport club. Those male students who participated in sport club show higher academic achievement than females who participated in sport club in the positive attitude, self-affirmation, learning situation. Third, there were different in the academic achievement among students who participated in different items of sport club. Inherent sports are higher positive attitude than dancing, Inherent sports are higher self-affirmation than attack movements, closed movement are higher learning situation than attack movements. Fourth, the leisure efficiency of students who participate in sport club in universities could affect the academic achievement.
