This study examined the effects of library information literacy course on second grade students. Experimental library information literacy course for four weeks was designed by researcher. ”The pretest-posttest nonequivalent groups design” was used to design this study. Two classes of second grade students were used as the subject. ”Library Information Literacy Test for Second Graders” and ”Response toward Library Information Literacy Course” were used as instruments to collect data. One-way ANCOVA, t test, and x^2 were used to analyze the data. Results indicated as follows:1. There was a significant difference between experimental group and control group. Experimental group students got better scores than control group.2. There was a significant difference between pretest and posttest in experimental group. Experimental group students got higher scores in posttest.3. Experimental group students had positive attitude toward library information literacy course.
