This article was describe a nursing experience of a Gay man suffering from terminal stage colon and liver cancer with bone metastasis. The author collected subjective and objective information using observation, interviews, and nursing care during the time period March 25 to April 28, 2011. The problems of this patient for nursing assessed from a holistic nursing respective included chronic pain, death anxiety, and spiritual distress. In response, the author has utilized the nursing measures of pain control, to guide patient self-disclosure of sexual orientation and to say the heart of the death feelings, as well as religious resources and life review, to alleviate his anxiety of death, and preparation of patient to face inevitable death and eventual parting. As the disease progresses, the timely intervention by the being with to understand his needs of the spiritual, and prompting he and his families without regrets in the end of life.
