目的:本研究旨在探討大專運動員知覺教練-選手關係對衝突處理型態的預測情形。方法:研究參與者為國內北部大學甲組運動校隊選手,共124名,平均年齡約為20.6歲。本研究採問卷調查法,經受試者同意後,填寫教練-選手關係直觀量表和衝突處理型態量表。結果:以多元迴歸檢驗教練-選手關係與衝突型態的預測情形,結果顯示親密性正向預測整合;承諾感正向預測整合、讓步、支配與妥協;互補性正向預測整合與妥協。結論:衝突型態的整合分數最高,支配的分數最低,與過去研究結果部份相符,教練-選手關係中的親密性、承諾感及互補性皆可正向預測衝突型態的整合,教練-選手關係中的親密性、承諾感及互補性皆無法預測衝突型態中的迴避及支配。
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationships between collegiate athletes' perceived coach-athlete relationship and conflict management styles. Method: The participants were 124 Division I collegiate athletes in the varsity teams at the average age of 20.6 in northern Taiwan. After received the informed consent. participants were asked to complete questionnaires which assess their perception of coach-athlete relationship and conflict management styles. Results: The multiple regression analysis was performed on the prediction of variables. The results revealed that closeness positively predicted integration; commitment positively predicted integration, obliging, domination, and compromise; complementarity positively predicted compromise. Conclusions: The scores of conflict management styles were highest in integration and lowest in domination which partially supported the findings of previous studies. While closeness, commitment, and complementarity in coach-athlete relationship could positively predict integration in conflict management styles, the same variables in coach-athlete relationship failed to predict avoidance and domination in conflict management styles.
