This study mainly probes into relevant issues of college student’s employability and career maturity. Questionnaires were distributed to university students in two central Taiwan universities and 818 valid data were collected. The result of study is as follows: (1) In source of labor market information, nearly 30% of the students show separately that mainly understand through the school and network job bank; (2) Only probably 11% of students will look out for job market information often or every day; (3) While choosing the job, about 40% of the students mention that the wages are the most concern factor; (4) 40% of the students think it is reasonable that the wages are between 25,000~30,000; (5) About 1/3 of the research objects think the job of the government functionary is the best; (6) More than 50% students think that the internship experience will benefit their future most; (7) Anti-pressure, attitude toward work , and learning behavior are the three most important abilities to have for seeking employment; (8) The career maturity and the employability of the research object belongs to the middle to upper level; (9) Career maturity of students present positive correlation with employability; (10) Career maturity can predict student’s future employability effectively.
