　　　　　本研究根據國內管理學術期刊所刊載研究成果的屬性，探討管理學門近年來1.所 採用的研究方法、2.研究本土化程度、3.管理碩士教育定位、4.學術社群構型等議題上的表 現、5.眾學術期刊間的相對影響力。同時並不同管理領域在議題1.、2.及3.上的差異。重要 發現如下:1.量化研究比例持續居高不下，2.財務管理領域的量化研究比例較高，3.學術研究 本土化程度近年來並未提高，4.策略及組織領域研究的本土化程度較高，5.從管理碩士論文 觀察，管理碩士教育的實況與定位不一致，6.不同期刊間的作者校別分佈不同。
　　　　　By means of analyzing the attributes of the research papers published in Taiwan's academic management journals, this paper inquires into several managerial research characteristics: 1. Research methodology, 2. Research indigenization, 3. The purpose of MBA education program, 4.the configuration of academic management journals, 5. The relative influence among academic journals. The differences among distinct managerial fields on research methodology, research indeginization and reliance on MBA education program are also discussed as well. Through this research, we reach the following conclusions: 1. the quantitative research ratio keeps high level for recent years, 2. the quantitative research ratio of financial field is higher, 3. the degree of research indeginization does not enhance for resent years, 4. the degree of research indeginization in strategy and organization field is higher, 5. the true state of MBA program does not match its original goal, 6. The distribution of author's serving schools varies in different journals.
