題名:高壓力青少年所知覺的家庭、社會支持及其因應效能之研究

  本研究的主要目的在瞭解台灣地區在國中、高中階段之青少年的主
要生活壓力來源, 以及探討是否可透過家庭、社會支持及因應策略減緩
青少年的生活壓力及減輕身心症狀的 發生。   研究樣本以台灣地
區2007位國二、三到高二、三(14∼18歲)的青少年為研究對象。 其中
高中生有1042人,國中生965人;男生佔1033人,女生佔961人。所使用之
研究工具包 含:(1)日常生活壓力檢查表(SDHC);(2)青少年生活壓力
因應量表(A-COPE);(3)家庭與 社會支持量表(PFSS);(4)情緒、生理及
行為症狀檢查表 (EPBS)。   研究得知:(一)知覺受較高的家庭與社
會支持的青少年,表現較少的沮喪情緒與越軌 行為。反之,高壓力青少
年知覺受到較少的家庭與社會支持,也呈現較多的情緒症狀及較 多的越
軌行為。(二)不同性別、階段、地區在生活壓力上有差異:男生有較高的
青春期壓 力,女生有較高的自我期望壓力;高中生生活壓力大於國中生
,以高三壓力最大、高二壓 力次之、再次是國三;台北市地區青少年生
活壓力最大,其次是高雄市,再次是台灣省地 區之青少年。(三)經逐步
迴歸分析發現「生活壓力」、「家庭與社會支持」對身心症狀有 預測作
用達 41.6%。青少年的因應技巧不成熟,未有預測效果。   本研究
主要建議:   一、由政府統籌規劃社會支持網路:以預防壓力危機的
發生。   二、學校應建立認輔制度及壓力預防課程:以增進社會支持
的效果,幫助改善因應技 巧及增進壓力管理能力。   三、加強父母
瞭解家庭支持及陪伴青少年成長的重要性:有家庭支持可減少青少年壓
力危機的發生。   四、重視青少年的同儕支持之價值:老師及父母應
瞭解青少年互助合作的重要性,有 同儕之支持可減少壓力危機的發生。
   五、重視青少年的休閒生活規劃及人際溝通技巧:以減輕生活壓力
及減少人際衝突。   六、心理輔導專業人員,應積極提供因應生活壓
力的有效策略:以疏緩青少年生活壓 力。   七、整個社會應注重生
態環境的保護、青少年休閒生活的規劃及人際溝通技巧的訓練 :以增進
青少年身心和諧及減少人際衝突。
 The purpose of this study was to understand the major life
stressors of Taiwan junior and senior high school students, and
to know whether their stress could be reduced through family
support, social support and the use of coping strategies.  
The sample in this study included 2007 junior and senior high
school students in Taiwan area between the age of 14 to 18.
Among them, there are 1042 senior high school students and 965
junior high school students (1033 males and 961 females). The
instruments used in this study included: (1)SDHC; (2)A-COPE;
(3)PFSS; (4) EPBS.  The results of this study indicated
that: (1) Young people who perceived higher family support and
social support were found to have less depression or
misbehavior. On the contrary, those perceiving lower family and
social support had more emotional symptoms and misbehavior. (2)
There were significant differences in life stress among
students: (a) Male students expressed higher purberty stress,
while female students expressed higher self-expectancy stress.
(b) Senior high school students had higher life stress than
junior high school students. (c) Students in the third year of
senior high school expressed the highest life stress; those in
the second year of senior high school came next. Then came the
students in the third year of junior high school.(d) As to
districts, the students living in Taipei had the highest life
stress. Those living in Kaohsiung came next. Then came the
students in Taiwan provincial area. (3) Through multiple
regression analysis, it was found that life stress, family and
social support could predict psychophysical symptoms(41.6%).
Because adolescents didn''t have mature coping skills, no
predictive effect was found.  The research suggests: (1) The
government should offer a workable social support network to
prevent the possible stress criese. (2) Schools should offer
programs for stress-coping skills and stress-preventing to help
improve students'' stress coping skills and increase their
stress-management ability. (3) Parents should be told the
importance of family support, which can reduce the stress
crises. (4) Peer support should be emphasized so that stress
crises can be prevented. (5) Leisure planning and social skills
for adolescents should also be emphasized so that life stress
and interpersonal conflict can be reduced. (6) Professionals in
the field of counselling should more positively offer effective
stress-coping strategies, so that young people know how to
release their life stress. (7) The Whole society should pay more
attention to the protection of the nature environment, the
planning of young people''s leisure activities, and the training
of social skills in order to cultivate young people with sound
minds and bodies and to reduce the stress arising from
interpersonal conflict.
