題名:健康信念、自我效能、社會支持與休閒參與行為 整合模型之實證分析

餐飲業員工的健康,關乎餐飲企業經營成功的關鍵,本研究旨在探討餐飲業員工對於健康信念模式之知覺疾病威脅、知覺休閒利益、知覺休閒阻礙、知覺行動線索四項因素與自我效能、社會支持等因素對休閒參與行為之影響情形,以及社會支持、自我效能在健康信念對休閒參與行為之調節情形。本研究以餐飲業員工為對象,將國內知名餐飲品牌分為大型餐飲連鎖集團、中小型餐飲業者及旅館餐飲部門三大類,以系統方式進行配額抽樣。共問卷發放700份,回收622份,剔除無效問卷後獲得問卷541份,回收率達77.29%。將所得問卷經描述性統計與階層迴歸進行資料分析,結果發現健康信念之「知覺休閒利益」、「知覺行動線索」因素與「自我效能」及「社會支持」四個因素對「休閒參與行為」有正向顯著的影響力,其中以「知覺行動線索」的影響力最高;在調節影響效果則發現,「自我效能」在「知覺行動線索」對「休閒參與行為」之關係中具有調節作用;意即企業可以藉由自我效能,直接與間接地影響並提升員工健康信念與休閒參與行為,此研究之結果具有實務管理上意涵,可作為企業提升員工休閒生活、調適工作壓力及促進健康策略之參考。
This study applied the health belief model to examine the effects of perceived threat, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, cues to action, social support, and self-efficacy on the leisure participation behavior of food service employees, and the moderating effects of social support and self-efficacy on the relationship between health beliefs and leisure participation behavior. Food service employees in companies of renowned independent or chain restaurants were surveyed by distributing questionnaires through purposive sampling. A total of 700 questionnaires were distributed and with 622 returned, among which 541 were determined valid after eliminating invalid questionnaires (return rate: 77.29%). This study performed descriptive analysis and hierarchical regression analysis on the questionnaire results, determining that perceived leisure benefits, cues to action, self-efficacy, and social support significantly positive influenced leisure participation, with cues to action exerting the highest influence. Furthermore, self-efficacy moderated the relationship between cues to action and leisure participation. Based on the findings, this study proposed suggestions for management practices to serve as references for assisting companies in devising strategies targeted toward employees at enhancing leisure lifestyle, reducing work stress, and promoting health.
