This paper provides radical review of the decisions ("interpretations") of the Council of Grand Justices on gender discrimination (Interpretation No. 242, No. 362, No. 365, No. 372, No. 410, No. 443, No. 452, No. 457) under the ROC Constitution. Section I explains the motives of research, the goals to be achieved, and the methods to be used. Section II, by two "Leading Cases", investigates judicial review standards and theoretical underpinnings of the decisions of the Council of Grand Justices over the Equal Protection on Gender. Section III & IV introduces United States Supreme Court opinions in sexual discrimination, and explores the desirability and workability of such review standards go to "sexual orientation discrimination". Section V summaries the findings and suggests measures for further improvement.
