題名:特殊兒童行為問題處理之個案研究--以自閉症兒童的攻擊行為為例

     本研究旨在探究行為問題處理策略和行為功能分析,應用於處理特殊兒童行為問題的個案輔導效果。本研究究經由文獻探討分析,提出行為問題的發生都是有其功能或目的,行為問題的功能可能在於獲得感官刺激、別人注意或想要的事物,抑或可能在於逃避感官刺激、別人注意或厭煩的事物,另也可能是多重因素所造成。教師卻處理行為問題之前,應先對行為問題的功能,進行功能分析或評估,以便找出行為問題的主要功能或原因,再設計及介入短、中、長程的處理計畫,才能對證下處方,達伢預期的處理效果。 基於文獻探討的理念架構,本文以自閉症兒童的行為問題為實例,進行個案處理研究,藉由行為問題功能分析和行為問題的處理策略,探究其對自閉症兒童攻擊行為的輔導成效。本研究對兒童的攻擊行為實施功能分析評量,再介入環境調整、自我教道、DRO、轉向教導、立即結果、消褪繪畫表達等處理策略,結果顯示本研究行為處理,能有助於減少受試兒童的攻擊行為,都進較好的適應效果。 本研究除對文獻及個案研究的結果進行討論分析外,並提出若干在行為問題教育與輔導之建議和進一步研究的建議,俾供參考。
     The study aimed to inquire the causes of problematic behaviors, to explore function analysis, and to investigate the intervention of problematic behaviors, as well as to carry out a case study on an autistic child with aggressive behavior. From the literature inquiry, many researches suggest that some functions and purposes cause problematic behaviors or maladaptive behaviors. Teachers need to conduct function analysis prior to design a short, intermediate, and long-tem treatment plan. Based on the literature inquiry and the purposes of the study, a case study was conducted to investigate the hypotheses of function analysis and the effects of aggressive behavioral intervention. The results of the case study indicated that intervention based on the function analysis could decrease the subject’s aggressive behavior and increase desirable behaviors. Further discussion was made on the basis of the study and some suggestions on teaching and guidance as well as future researches were offered.
