本研究主要目的是在進行各項人口統計變項在運動健身俱樂部服務品質認知上之差異比較分析,以臺北縣、臺北市之12家運動俱樂部顧客為研究對象進行問卷調查,共回收有效問卷296份。顧客之人口統計變項在運動健身俱樂部服務品質認知上之差異,經t檢定與單因子變異數統計分析,結果顯示不同性別、年齡、學歷等變項在服務品質認知上皆達顯著差異(*p<.05),而不同收入、婚姻狀況及會員類別等變項在服務品質認知上皆未達顯著差異(p>.05)。
The purpose of this study was to analysis differences the demographic variables on serviced quality of sport health clubs. The two hundred ninety six subject were selected from twelve sport health clubs in Taipei county and Taipei city. The analyze custom’s demographic variables on service quality of sport health clubs. Data were analyzed by t-test, one-way analysis of variance. The results showed: there were have statistical significance on percept of service quality, sex, age, and education level. There were no significant differences income, marital status, number type.
