In this study we address an information decision-making and selection of short-term study aboard for young students in universities. The selection includes location, time, duration, method, and lodging. We collect 47 questionnaires and SPSS application software is utilized to understand the selection factors of students' psychology. The results show that most people prefer New Zealand, and American is the second wish. The main motivation of short-term study is study abroad and the next reason is to improve the language ability and then is adventure as well as challenging themselves. According to analysis with SPSS, the significance in order is exotic living, skill reinforcement, grants, having foreign friends, satisfying family's expectation. This study shows short-term study abroad is an opportunity for students' extending experience of views.
