題名:一位諮商師在諮商與禪修中的自我成長經驗

本研究主要以敘說的方式探討一位28歲的女性諮商師,在諮商與禪修中的心理歷程與體驗,關注此諮商師遇到問題及困境時,尋求諮商與禪修歷程中的改變及其對研究對象的意義。研究採半結構的訪談方式,與研究對象進行三次共約六小時的訪談。 本研究結果將研究對象的自我成長歷程分成五個階段,分別為「逃避與封鎖」、「探索與發現」、「混亂與寧靜」、「衝擊與整合」到「平穩與擴展」。「逃避與封鎖」階段中,父親的逃避行為和高中同學的自私是研究對象早年的兩個不愉快記憶。「探索與發現」時期她開始接受諮商輔導,感受到被聽懂與接納,而立志學習諮商。「混亂與寧靜」時期是她遭遇到另一次人生的挫折,心情極度混亂時,學習禪修並從中轉化與調整自己後,漸漸心情平靜的過程寧靜。「衝擊與整合」是她面臨諮商與禪修兩種力量的衝擊,尋找整合的過程,她發現諮商中可以有禪修的精神,在禪修可以調整諮商時遇到的困難。「平穩與擴展」是她禪修後目前所呈現出的新生命,包括生活很有能量、可以耐心等待問題的答案、關心各行各業的人、與人輕鬆自在的相處、能感恩與懺悔、不斷的考驗自己、並找回了理性使自已情緒與理性兼具,並朝向她所嚮往的澄淨清澈境界。 最後,研究者提出四點省思供諮商師參考,也對研究提出建議。
The purpose of this research is to explore the growth process of a counselor through counseling and Zazen experience. The subject is a 28-year-old female counselor who has been seeking counseling for five years and has taken part in Zazen for at least four years. The research used in-depth interview based on narrative approach and concluded five phases in growth, which are as follows: 1.Escaping. The subject had troubled experience with her father and senior high school classmates. She has been avoiding them for half a year since then. 2.Exploring. In this phase she decided to seek help in counseling. The counseling experience in turn motivated her to become a counselor. 3.Confusion. As she suffered another frustration, she turned to Zazen and learned to adjust and transform her own mindset, and eventually found a peaceful solution to the conflict. 4.Collision and integration. This is the phase of her becoming aware of the impact of the collision from two forces. When learning to integrate the two forces, she realized that counseling can be fortified with Zazen. 5.Stability. She resumed her life with coping skills after she practiced Zazen. She is now energetic, patient, caring, easy-going, thankful, self-challenging, and broad-minded. Based on the findings, the present research provides reference points and suggestions needed for further research.
