The purpose of this study was to develop, using a series of analysis procedures, a reliable and valid scale for measuring the Taiwan Bikeway Sport Tourism Attraction. A total of 466 questionnaires were distributed to riders in six different bikeways, located at the west, east, northern and southern part of Taiwan, respectively. 466 questionnaires were randomly assigned to two separate samples for Exploratory Factor Analysis (200) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (266). The Cross-Validation was tested by another sample (403) to evaluate the stability and predictive power of the model. The results indicated that the model included three factors (sport, space, and time), and the fitness of the model was appropriate. In conclusion, the Taiwan Bikeway Sport Tourism Attraction Scale developed in this study was with good reliability and validity and could be used in related researches by further researchers.
