花蓮縣宜昌國小為慶祝創校一百週年，由教師製播《百動宜昌》廣播節目，為使教師學習廣播節目製播技術，未來並能推動媒體素養教育，因而組成具有行動取向之教師專業成長團體。在長達半年製播廣播節目的過程中，此一具有多元特色的教師專業成長團體的運作、學習與行動的歷程、對教師個人成長的影響，均是本研究欲探討之目的。本研究以Wenger等人提出之「實踐社群」策略為取向，配合事後回溯、文件分析及焦點團體訪談等方法，針對參與節目製播的教職員為個案研究對象，結果發現透過成長團體的運作，呈現學習型組織的特性；成員透過媒體運作的經驗，認識媒體的正向社會教育功能與媒體人應有的社會責任；此外，教師藉由不斷自我省思，加速教師個人自我成長效能。

In order to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Yi-Chang Elementary School, the participating teachers established a growth group producing the “2004 Swing to Yi-Chang” radio program. By participating growth group activities, teachers in the communities of practice could learn the production of radio broadcasting, recognize the positive sides of the media functions and achieve self-fulfillment. These are the main topics of the research. The research adopted an individual case study method, combined with ex-post facto research, theory references and focused group discussion. Aiming at the target objects “the participating school staff in making the program”, hoped that the team would have a general understanding about the “growth group” and adapt to the individual’s growth and self-reflection. The inducted conclusion and suggestions will be provided for future reference for the teachers’ growth groups and the radio media.
