In recent years, the purpose of reform on Physical Education Teacher Education emphasizes teaching reflection and thinking. However, most of the teachers don't know how to reflect. Purpose: This study presented truly aspect of teaching reflection level and content behind the truth by systematic observation and diary. Methods: First, to analysis teaching behaviors of the assistant teachers of elementary education and counseling groups, to guide teachers reflective themselves by systematic observation program. Secondly, coding the content of reflection diaries. Results: (A) divergences in teaching behavior setting between health and PE teacher. (B) effective teaching almost manage class efficiently. (C) health teacher tend to diversification teaching, PE teacher took exercise enough first. (D) all teacher gave student positive feedback. (E) PE teacher achieved active monitor by a large number of movements. Conclusions: (A) students are main body of teaching; all teachers concern with effective teaching and learning effectiveness. (B) all teachers attached importance to explore teaching skills and methods, to be proficient in teaching methods.
